We’re hiring licensed applicators, technicians and apprentices across Western New York.
Certified Applicator
You hold current NYSDEC certification in structural pest control (7A). You’ll run your own local route and help train newer team members.
Pest Control Technician
You hold NYSDEC technician status and are ready to work routes under a certified applicator, with a path to your own certification.
Apprentice
No license yet? We’ll train you. New York’s path starts with 8 hours of instruction and 40 hours of supervised work, then a DEC-approved 30-hour course or two years as an apprentice before the technician exam.
The work
This is a physical job, and we want to be upfront about it. You’ll be on ladders, in attics and in crawl spaces, and the work goes on all year, including through Western New York winters. If you like being on the move, solving problems and seeing a real result at the end of a visit, it’s rewarding work.

Respectful of customers’ homes
Boots off when asked, a clean work area, and a job done right.
Physically ready
Attics, crawl spaces, ladders and Western New York winters are part of the job.
Good with people
You can explain what you found and what you’ll do in plain English.
Team player
We’re family-owned and small. Everyone pitches in.
Valid driver’s license
You’ll drive a company route every day.
Motivated
You take initiative, want to learn, and like finishing the day knowing you did good work.
Drug-free
You show up clear-headed and ready to work safely around pest control products, customers and company vehicles.
