Gernatt Pest Solutions ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, how we handle your information.
What we collect
Only what you give us, for example your name, phone number, email, address and what you need help with when you fill out a form, call, text or email us. We also collect basic website-use information through Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To provide our service and contact you about it: answering your request, giving you a quote, scheduling, reminders and follow-ups.
- To send marketing texts and emails, such as deals, offers and seasonal tips, but only if you agreed to receive them.
- To review job applications.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run our business (such as our form, scheduling, texting and email software), and only so they can do that work for us.
Text messages
We text only people who have given us consent. Service texts (requests, quotes, appointments and reminders) and marketing texts (deals and offers) each have their own consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call (716) 605-5676.
SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Marketing emails
If you agreed to receive marketing emails, you can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@gernattpestsolutions.com. We may still email you about service you've requested.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited. Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser. Our form provider also uses a short-lived security cookie to block spam. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in our cookie notice, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Referral program
Our "Refer and earn" program is run by an outside referral company. When you use it, that company's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Customer portal
The "Customer Login" link goes to a portal run by our scheduling software provider. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our service, meet our business and legal needs, and answer your requests.
