Our services
Gernatt Pest Solutions provides pest control for homes and businesses in the Buffalo area and nearby counties. The website describes our services in general terms; your service is set when we confirm it with you.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates and quotes are free. Quotes expire after 30 days.
Payment
- We accept card, check, cash and ACH (bank transfer).
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice.
- Large jobs, such as exclusion work, require a 25% deposit (25% down) before work begins.
- Payments not received within 30 days of invoice are charged a one-time 5% late fee.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Call (716) 605-5676 or email info@gernattpestsolutions.com.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss a scheduled visit, a trip fee may apply; the amount varies by situation.
- Recurring plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

If you agree to receive texts or emails from us, we'll contact you about your service and, if you agreed, about deals and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
